Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Board of Proactis announces that Rod Jones, Chief Executive Officer, sold 500,000 Ordinary shares to his Self Invested Personal Pension Scheme at a price of 10p per share and 500,000 Ordinary shares to his Self Invested Personal Pension Scheme at a price of 10.015p per share on 29th October 2008.
There is no change to the ultimate beneficial ownership.
