Plant Health Care PLC27 September 2007 PLANT HEALTH CARE PLC (THE "COMPANY") ALLOTMENT OF SHARES/ DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS 27 September 2007 NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS' REMUNERATION On 25 September 2007, the Company approved the allotment of ordinary shares of9,354 ordinary shares of 1p ("Ordinary Shares") to the following non-executivedirectors, in accordance with the Company's existing contractual arrangements,which comprise part of the non-executive directors' remuneration packages andare payable in lieu of a part of their salary. His resultant holding in the Company is 135,166Ordinary Shares, which is 0.30 per cent. of the total issued share capital inthe Company. The Company was also notified today that on 24 September 2007 Dr Fischertransferred 53,775 Ordinary Shares registered in the name of his personalholding company into his own name. There was no change in his beneficialinterest in the Company, which remains at 151,092 Ordinary Shares, which is 0.34per cent of the total issued share capital in the Company. Following admission of the New Shares, the total issued share capital of theCompany will be 44,176,729 Ordinary Shares, all of which have voting rights.
