The Company today announces that a supplement tothe Re-admission Document ("Supplementary Re-admission Document") containing theCompany's unaudited interim results for the six months to 30 June 2007, theunaudited interim results for the six months to 30 June 2007 of EmpresaDistribuidora de Electricidad de Mendoza S.A. and a pro forma net assetsstatement at 31 December 2006 for the Company and the interests being acquiredby the Company has been posted to shareholders. Copies of the Re-admission Document together with copies of the SupplementaryRe-admission Document are available during normal business hours on any weekday(except Saturdays and public holidays) free of charge from the Company'sregistered office and at the offices of Arbuthnot Securities Limited and shallremain available for at least one month after Re-admission and will also beavailable on Ragusa's website at www.ragusacapital.co.uk.
