Notification of a Transaction by a PDMR
Phoenix Global Resources plc (AIM: PGR; BCBA: PGR), the upstream oil and gas company, was notified today that Sir Michael Rake as part of his personal financial planning sold 760,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 4.5 pence per share and repurchased 760,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 4.505 pence per share for his pension account on 4 August 2021.
There is no change in the beneficial ownership as a result of these transactions and Sir Michael Rake's interests in the number of Ordinary Shares remains unchanged.
