Patagonia (AIM:PGD), announces that it has received notification that William Humphries, Managing Director of the Company, has today purchased 201,512 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 3.65 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the transaction, Mr Humphries is interested in 31,094,211 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.97 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
