Premier Farnell plc 16 October 2014 The company announces that it has completed the refinancing of its banking debtwith the amendment and extension of its club facilities with Barclays, Bank ofAmerica, Fifth Third Bank, HSBC, RBS and Santander. These multicurrencyrevolving facilities have been extended to £250m expiring in September 2019.This follows the successful refinancing of the company's US Private Placementdue in August 2016 to 2024. These facilities give the group the medium termfunding security to execute its strategy with confidence and provide theopportunity to consider repaying existing, more expensive debt.
