Capital Markets Day

Petroceltic International plc ("Petroceltic" or "the Company"), the upstream oil and gas exploration and production company focused on North Africa, the Mediterranean and Black Sea regions, is today hosting a Capital Markets Day in London for investors and analysts.

The Company intends to provide a detailed insight into the enlarged business following the merger with Melrose Resources. The presentation will also provide insight to production and development assets, the 2013 exploration programme and the Group's financing. No new material information will be disclosed in the presentation and no new trading information will be provided.

The event will commence at 2:00 p.m. (GMT) at the Lincoln Centre, 18 Lincoln's Inn Fields, London, WC2A 3ED. The presentation will also be available on the Company's website (www.petroceltic.ie) at 2.00 p.m. (GMT) today.
