The Company was informed on 27 June 2016 that, on 27 June 2016, David Anthony non-executive director, purchased 71,428 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 28 pence.
Following this transaction, Mr Anthony's beneficial ownership increases to 1,007,703 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.63 per cent of PCFG's Ordinary Share capital.
