PRIVATE & COMMERCIAL FINANCE GROUP PLC ("PCFG" or "the Company")
DIRECTORS' DEALINGS
PCFG confirms the participation of certain of its directors in the Company's recent issue of 6% convertible unsecured loan notes at a nominal value of £1.00 each (the "Convertible Loan Notes").
An aggregate of 60,000 Convertible Loan Notes were subscribed for by the Company's directors at nominal value. The table below sets out the size of each director's subscription and represents their entire holding of Convertible Loan Notes.
