DIRECTOR'S DEALING
Private & Commercial Finance Group plc ("PCFG" or "the Company") has been informed that on 11 December 2012, Mrs Brigid Anthony, the wife of David Anthony, the Chairman of the Company, acquired 152,315 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 6.5 pence per ordinary share.
Following this transaction, the total number of ordinary shares in the Company held beneficially by Mr Anthony and his family is 438,593 representing 0.83% of the Company's issued share capital.
