Private & Commercial Finance Group plc ("PCFG" or "the Group"), the AIM listed finance house, is pleased to announce that David Morgan has joined the board as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. 

Mr. Morgan has over 35 years' experience in international banking, building his career at Standard Chartered Bank in Europe and the Far East and becoming CEO for the UK and Europe in 1998. Since leaving Standard Chartered in 2003, Mr Morgan has been involved in a wide range of business advisory and non-executive roles and is currently Chairman of Harlequins Rugby Club.

David Anthony, Non-executive Chairman commented:
