Clinton Wood, ExecutiveChairman of the Company, is a discretionary beneficiary of this trust. Followingthis off market purchase Mr Wood is potentially interested in 1,038,606 OrdinaryShares representing 3.0% of the Company's issued share capital. Furthermore, the trustee of the Noventa Employee Benefit Trust yesterday grantedan option over 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company to Clinton Wood at anoption exercise price of 115p per share.
