TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
Following the issue, under the blocklisting, of 1,773,000 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of warrants issued by the Company to placees on Admission. The enlarged issued share capital of the Company is 124,612,688 Ordinary Shares of 1p each.
For the purposes of the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that the total number of shares in issue and total voting rights as at the date of this notice is 124,612,688 Ordinary Shares of 1p each.
The Company does not hold any shares in treasury and, therefore, the above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
