Director/PDMR Shareholding

EPO announces that on 1 October 2010 Michael Frayne, Executive Chairman, acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence in the Company at a price of 17.25p per share. The shares were acquired through Adelise Services Limited, a company held by a trust of which Michael Frayne is a beneficiary. Following the purchase of shares, Michael Frayne's beneficial interest in the Company's shares is 6,444,085 ordinary shares, representing 5.62 per cent. of the issued share capital and Total Voting Rights of the Company.
