Results of EGM
Pacific Alliance China Land Limited ("PACL" or the "Company"), announces the result of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders ("EGM") held today on 25 July 2014.
Shareholders have voted unanimously to approve the recommendations put forward by the Board to amend the Company's investment policy and amend the Company's articles of association to facilitate the return of capital as the Company's portfolio is realised. All as detailed in the circular published on 24 June 2014.
All resolutions were passed unanimously and the Board was pleased to note that some 64.7% of the Company's shares outstanding voted at the EGM.
