Ovoca was notified today by Damille Investments II Limited that it has acquired 4,807,100 ordinary shares of €0.125 each ("Ordinary Shares") of the Company. Following this acquisition, Damille Investments II Limited's interest in the Company is 4,807,100 Ordinary Shares, or 5.50% of Ovoca's issued share capital.

In addition, Ovoca was notified by Mr. Waseem Shakoor that he no longer holds a notifiable interest in the issued share capital of the Company.
