ALLOTMENT OF NEW SHARES
RETIREMENT OF SIR MARTIN WOOD
The Board is delighted to announce the allotment and issue of 261,510 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("New Shares").
The New Shares were allotted at a price of £1.00 per New Share.
The Company's total issued share capital now comprises 6,072,397 shares of 10 pence each ("Shares")
Certain of the directors have subscribed for Shares.
