OnTheMarket plc (AIM: OTMP), the majority agent-owned company which operates the onthemarket.com property portal, today announces it has been informed that Jason Tebb, Chief Executive Officer, has purchased 18,180 ordinary shares in the Company of 0.2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 55p per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Jason is interested in 18,180 Ordinary Shares representing 0.023% of the Company's issued share capital.
In addition, the Company also announces that Rupert Sebag-Montefiore, Independent Non-Executive Director has purchased 20,583 Ordinary Shares at a price of 53.44p per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Rupert is interested in 31,948 Ordinary Shares representing 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
