Osirium Technologies plc (AIM: OSI), a leading vendor of cloud-based cybersecurity software, has been notified that, following a purchase of ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") earlier today, Nicholas Slater's interest in the Company's shares now totals 13,550,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 11.06 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
