Venn Life Sciences (AIM: VENN), a growing Clinical Research Organisation (CRO) providing clinical trial management and resourcing solutions to pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device clients, announces that Tony Richardson, a director, has transferred 110,000 ordinary shares from his own name into his pension fund. The shares were transferred at a price of 27p.
There has been no change in Tony Richardson's beneficial shareholding in Venn as a result of this transaction.
