Aricom PLC17 October 2007 Press Release 17 October 2007 Aricom plc ("Aricom" or "the Group") Total Voting Rights and Share Capital Aricom plc (AIM: TIO), the Anglo-Russian developer of mineral resources, todayannounces that 16,000,000 Ordinary Shares were admitted to trading on AIM thismorning. The shares have been issued pursuant to the formation of a long termincentive plan to operate in conjunction with an employee benefit trust, asannounced on 11 October 2007. In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, Aricomplc is required to notify the market of the following: As a result of the issue of 16,000,000 shares, the Company's issued sharecapital consists of 1,076,319,960 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of £0.001pence each, each share conveying the right to one vote. Aricom Plc does not holdany ordinary shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Aricom Plc is 1,076,319,960.
