Aricom PLC23 July 2007 Press Release 23 July 2007 Aricom plc ("Aricom" or "the Company") Directors' Dealings Aricom plc (AIM: TIO), the Anglo-Russian developer of mineral resources, today announces that: Director's Dealing/Exercise of Option Application has been made for the admission of 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares of£0.001 each to trade on AIM and dealings in these shares are expected tocommence on 27 July 2007. The shares have been issued to Sir Malcolm Field, aDirector of the Company, at a price of 15p per share further to the exercise ofan option granted on 31 December 2003. Sir Malcolm Field has sold 400,000 shares of £0.001 each in the Company at aprice of £0.58 to fund this exercise. As a result, Sir Malcolm Field now holds1,205,000 shares in the Company, representing 0.13% of the issued share capitalof the Company, an increase of 600,000 shares. Following the issue, the total issued share capital of the Company will comprise936,537,493 ordinary shares. Director's Dealing Sir Roderic Lyne, a Director of the Company, has purchased 26,000 shares of£0.001 each in the Company at a price of £0.58.
