The announcement that was released with reference number 6564X at 09:45 on Tuesday 1 September 2015 contained an error relating to the total number of shares held in treasury and the total voting rights of the Company. The correct number of shares held in treasury and the total voting rights is 40,678,052 and 705,341,355 respectively. This announcement replaces the previous version.

London, 1 September 2015: Ophir notifies the market that, the Company's issued share capital as at close of business on 31 August 2015 was 746,019,407 ordinary shares of £0.0025 each. The Company holds, or will hold 40,678,052 ordinary shares in treasury.
Therefore, as at 31 August 2015, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 705,341,355.
Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTR").
This announcement is in conformity with DTR 5.6.1.
