Total Voting Rights

As at close of business on 31 March 2019, Ophir's issued share capital consisted of 746,019,407 ordinary shares of £0.0025 each. The Company holds, or will hold, 37,881,842 ordinary shares in treasury.

Therefore, as at 31 March 2019, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 708,137,565.

Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTR").
