O'KEY GROUP ANNOUNCES INTERIM DIVIDEND OF USD 0.2267 PER SHARE

Board of Directors of O'Key Group S.A. (LSE ticker: OKEY) today announces the decision to pay an interim dividend. This interim dividend is distributing profits of OKEY LLC for the previous periods and will be reflected in consolidated financial statements of the Group for the year ending 31 December 2014.

The Board has approved the payment of an interim dividend for an amount of USD 60,999,075.80.

Dividend per Share in issue equals to USD 0.2267.

Record date for the DR holders will be February 18, 2014 and DR payment date will be further announced by Bank of New York.
