Novae Group PLC18 December 2006 For immediate release 18 December 2006 Novae Group plc Director / PDMR Shareholding Novae Group plc ("the Company") has today informed 96 of the Group's employees,including five Executive Directors, that its Remuneration Committee has approvedSecond Year Awards over a total of 11,875,485 Ordinary shares under the Group's2005 Long Term Incentive Plan ("the 2005 LTIP"), which was approved byshareholders on 12 January 2006. Under the 2005 LTIP these awards will be madein January 2007.
