Total Voting Rights
In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 Enegi Oil plc would like to notify the market of the following:
At 16 September 2009, Enegi's share capital consists of 66,699,619 ordinary shares of 1p each with voting rights. Enegi does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Enegi is 66,699,619.
The above figure of 66,699,619 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Enegi under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
