Enegi, the independent Oil and Gas Company, today announces that David Parry, Non-Executive Director has decided that, given the level of commitment required in connection with his other business interests and the geographies involved, he is unable to continue to contribute as an effective member of the Company's Board and has decided to step down from the Board with immediate effect.

Alan Minty, CEO of Enegi, commented:

"The Board would like to thank David for his contribution both as an Executive and Non-Executive Director. He has provided considerable counsel to the Board and Management Team in that time and we wish him well in the future."
