Update re Recent Placings
North River Resources plc (AIM: NRRP), announces that, further to the announcement on 30 June 2014, the admission to trading of the 33,333,333 shares issued as part of the £200,000 placing will now occur on 16 July 2014, and that, further to the announcement on 4 July 2014, the admission to trading of the 270,588,464 shares issued as part of the first tranche of the US$12.0 million placing will now occur on 21 July 2014.
