North Midland Construction announces that it has been informed that Dan Taylor, Group Finance Director, and Mrs S Taylor, spouse of Dan Taylor, have bought a total of 7,739 ordinary shares in the Group.
Dan Taylor's, along with associated persons, beneficial holding in the Group is 35,635 ordinary shares, representing 0.35% of the Group's total voting rights of 10,150,000 ordinary shares.
