The following amendment replaces the PDMR Shareholding announcement released on 13 January 2020 under RNS No 6034Z - amendment made to PDMR notification to reflect that the shareholding of Mr. Khaleefa Butti Omair Yousif Ahmed Al Muhairi is held between Mr. Khaleefa Butti Omair Yousif Ahmed Al Muhairi and Khaleefa Butti Omair Al Muhairi Limited (a wholly owned and controlled company of Mr. Khaleefa Butti Omair Yousif Ahmed Al Muhairi). No change to the overall shares sold and all other information remains unchanged.
