NOTIFICATION MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH RULE 3.1.4 (1) (a) OF THE

DISCLOSURE AND TRANSPARENCY RULES

London, 15 March 2016: NMC Health plc (LSE:NMC) ('NMC'), the leading integrated private healthcare provider operating across the United Arab Emirates and one of the top global providers of fertility treatments through its Spanish subsidiary Clinica Eugin, announces that on 15 March 2016 the following Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") of the Company were granted nil cost options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company under the Company's 2012 Performance Share Plan (the PSP) and 2014 Deferred Share Bonus Plan (the DSBP):

The PSP is the Long Term Incentive Plan which the Company operates.

Under the terms of the Company's Short Term Incentive Plan, 50% of any earned bonus is provided in the form of a share award which provides that such shares are only released to the participant after a period of three years. The DSBP is the plan which the Company is operating to deliver such deferred shares to scheme participants. The above award is in relation to the bonus earned pursuant to the 2015 Short Term Incentive Plan.

The vesting of all the awards granted under the PSP referred to above is subject to the achievement of performance targets relating to the Company's earnings per share growth and total shareholder return (relative to a comparator group) over a three year performance period.
