London - April 16, 2020 - Further to the Company's announcement on April 14, 2020 regarding the appointments of Eli Chahin, Christopher Hall, Myles Halley and Philip Gore-Randall as non-executive Directors of the Company which took effect on April 11, 2020, the Company hereby discloses additional information for the purposes of LR 9.6.13R.

Christopher Hall was a director of MyBucks S.A. (listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange) from June 2017 to May 2019.

There is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to LR 9.6.13R in relation to the appointment of the new non-executive Directors.
