NLMK shareholders approve 3Q 2021 dividends
At the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholder (EGM) held on 26 November 2021, NLMK shareholders approved the payment of Q3 2021 dividends of RUB 13.33 per share.
The date upon which the shareholders entitled to Q3 2021 dividends will be determined was set as 7 December 2021.
