Norseman Gold PLC04 December 2007 Norseman Gold plc ("Norseman" or the "Company") Board Changes Norseman Gold plc, the AIM listed Australian gold production company, is pleasedto announce that on 3 December 2007, Gary Steinepreis was appointed as FinanceDirector of the Company with specific responsibility for the Group's accountingfunction and general regulatory compliance. In addition, David Steinepreis hasbeen appointed to the role of Director Head of Investor Relations and CorporateDevelopment. Gary Steinepreis holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University ofWestern Australia and is a Chartered Accountant. He provides corporate,management and accounting advice to a number of companies involved in theresource, technology and leisure industries. Gary Steinepreis' services shall be provided to the Company through AscentCapital Holdings Pty Ltd, a company of which Gary Steinepreis is a director andwhich is owned 50 per cent. by a trust associated with Gary Steinepreis, for aminimum of 5 days per month. Mr Steinepreis has an interest in 8,500,000 Ordinary Shares and 1,650,000Options.
