Block Listing Increase Application
Next Fifteen Communications Group plc announces that an application has been made to increase the Company’s existing block listing for a total of 220,000 new ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company (‘New Shares’) to be admitted to AIM.
The New Shares are to be block-listed under the following scheme:

Admission is expected to become effective at 8.00am on 12 April 2023.
The shares block-listed in respect of the Next Fifteen Communications Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan will take the total shares listed for that plan to 314,354.
The New Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares in issue, will be issued from time to time, pursuant to the vesting of performance shares under Company’s long-term incentive plan.
