FORΒ THE YEAR ENDING 31 DECEMBER 2009
Norcon plc ("Norcon")Β is pleased to announce thatΒ revenue for the year ended 31 December 2009 has developed very positively with growth estimated to beΒ at leastΒ 12%Β compared to the full year 2008. OurΒ continuing profitability, stable gross and EBITDA margins,Β and an increasing trend in net income marginsΒ underpins Norcon's long term growth performance. In addition, improvedΒ operational cash flow was generated in the year with aΒ positiveΒ net cash result at year-end.
Revenue andΒ EBITDAΒ forΒ the year ended 31 December 2009Β are thereforeΒ expected to meetΒ analystΒ expectations.
Norcon has deliveredΒ against its stated organic growth objectives of extending existing contractsΒ andΒ expanding intoΒ target sectorsΒ and countries.Β
FullΒ yearΒ resultsΒ for the year endedΒ 31 December 2009Β will be announcedΒ in late MarchΒ 2010.
