Further to the announcement on 26 April 2013 regarding the grant of 17.25p options, including to certain directors, the Company announces that 4,225,000 of the options referred to in that announcement have now been formally documented. The cancellation of 2,687,500 of the options referred to in that announcement has also been documented.
