Board Appointment and Grant of Share Options
MySale Group plc (AIM:MYSL), (''MySale'') (the Company) a leading online retailer with established flash sales sites in Australia, New Zealand, South-East Asia and the UK, is pleased to announce the appointment of Iain McDonald as Non-Executive Chairman.
Iain is currently a partner with the William Currie Group, a private family office focused on technology and e-commerce investments founded by financier Bill Currie. Iain is also Non-Executive Director of Anatwine, Atterley.com, The Hut Group and Houseology.com. Previously, Iain was a top-ranked retail & e-commerce analyst.

Grant of Share Options
Further to Iain McDonald's appointment to the board, the Company has agreed to issue Iain with 3,000,000 Options.
