Ruffer LLP now controls the voting rights over 4,000,000 shares (5% of the voting rights) of Modern Water Plc, which are held by Ruffer's discretionary clients.

This change from 0% to 5% is due Ruffer purchasing 4,000,000 shares in a recent placing of 18,419,950 shares. The new shares were admitted to the market on 04 March 2013.
