Results of Annual General Meeting and General Meetings
The Directors of MBL announce that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held at 10:00am today, a poll was called on all the resolutions. The result of the poll will be announced as soon as practicable.
At the General Meeting held at 10:30am today ("Second General Meeting"), a poll was called and the result will be announced at the same time as the poll for the AGM.
Further to the announcement made on 11 September 2017 in relation to the General Meeting held on 11 September 2017 ("First General Meeting"), the result of the poll is set out below:

To prevent increases in directors' remuneration without shareholder approval by ordinary resolution | 8,172,433 | 56.01 | 6,418,477 | 43.99 | 14,590,910 |
Because this was a special resolution, 75% of the vote would have been required to pass the resolution, consequently the resolution has not been passed.
