("MBL" or "the Company")
EXERCISE OF OPTIONS
The Board of MBL Group Plc announces that, following the exercise of options under the Air Music and Media Group EMI scheme, 23,333 Ordinary Shares of 75p each ("Ordinary Shares") have been issued and their admission to AIM is expected to take place on the 30th November 2009.
As a result, MBL Group issued share capital comprises 17,266,068 Ordinary Shares of 75p each, all of which carry voting rights. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, MBL under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
