Board change
The Board of MBL Group plc announces that Tim Jackson-Smith (Non-executive Director) has tendered his resignation as a Director of the Company. It has been agreed that he will step down from the Board and leave the Company with immediate effect.
As we announced previously, the Company has been seeking the appointment of a further independent non-executive director to replace Tim Jackson-Smith and ensure that high levels of corporate governance are met by the Company. This process is ongoing and further announcements will be made by the Company as appropriate.
