Mattioli Woods (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth management and asset management business, announces that on 13 September 2023, Edward Knapp, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, bought 2,006 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 623p per Ordinary Share.
Following, the purchase Mr Knapp owns 2,006 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.004% of the Company's issued share capital.
