Metal Tiger plc (AIM: MTR, ASX: MTR), the AIM and ASX listed investor in natural resources opportunities, notifies that today, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Michael McNeilly, purchased, in aggregate 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) on market at an average price of 11.8 pence per share, for a total consideration of £11,800.
Following these purchases, Michael McNeilly is interested in 1,250,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.74% of the Company’s issued share capital.
