Extension Statement of Shareholder Support

 

Matomy Media Group Ltd. (LSE:MTMY, TASE:MTMY.TA) (the "Company") announces that it received a letter from legal counsel to the shareholders who provided the letter of support (the "Letter of Support"), confirming that in support of the current discussions among the Company and various stakeholders, including the bondholders, the aforementioned shareholders agree not to claim that the Letters of Support expire with respect to the period up to January 10, 2019.

This letter further states that the foregoing extension relates only to the extent of the circumstances under which the shareholders would have been required to provide support pursuant to the terms of the original Letters of Support until December 27, 2018.

A copy of the full letter is available on the website of the Israel Securities Authority: http://www.magna.isa.gov.il/. A non-binding English translation will be posted on the Company's website.
