Mothercare plc has been notified that on 14 September 2022 Clive Whiley, Chairman, exercised his Chairman’s award which vested in March 2022. Further, 500,000 Mothercare plc shares were purchased by Zodiac Executive Pension Scheme of which Mr Whiley is the sole beneficiary.
