Director Shareholding
The Company announces that it was notified on 24 September 2012 that Peter Edwards, Director, transferred the legal title to his full holding of 25,000 ordinary shares of 0.0025 pence each in the Company to Investor Nominees Limited on 24 September 2012 at nil cost.
Following this transfer, Mr. Edwards continues to hold a beneficial interest in shares representing 0.06% of the issued share capital of the Company.
