Update on Alerion independent valuation report
Further to its announcement on 16 July 2019, Management Resource Solutions Plc (AIM:MRS), a leading Maintenance, Fabrication, Civil and Earthworks company, has received a draft from Leadenhall Services Pty Ltd (Leadenhall) of its independent valuation of the Company's acquisition of Alerion Consulting Limited (Alerion). Leadenhall will carry out its own internal review process and the Company is due to receive the final report early next week and will make an announcement as to its conclusions shortly thereafter.
