Total Voting Rights
The Company advises that its issued share capital increased toΒ 114,668,063Β ordinary shares of 10p eachΒ as atΒ 21July 2009Β following theΒ PlacingΒ ofΒ 4,485,365Β new ordinaryΒ shares which were admitted to tradingΒ today.Β Β Each share carries the right to one vote. The Company holds no shares in Treasury. Therefore, the Company's total number ofΒ ordinary sharesΒ in issueΒ withΒ voting rights isΒ 114,668,063.
The above figureΒ ofΒ 114,668,063Β may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under theΒ FSA'sΒ Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
